Process optimisation of existing control systems of a batch production. The optimisation encompasses software work on the Simatic PCS7 V5.2 and Teleperm-M AS220,AS235, AS488. The visualisation systems are Teleperm-M OS252s. The optimisation work applies to all system components of the raw product feeding device, to the reactors, exchangers and vaporisers, through to the consignment of the finished product.

Delivery of an "ADC-Bridge-TM" with drivers for the Delta-V system of the company Emerson. The Teleperm-M OS265 operating and monitoring level was substituted. |

The year kick- off with a major order comprising of exchanging 4 MadamS systems (Teleperm-ME) in 2 blocks of a nuclear power plant (KKW). Our tasks include the concept development, the delivery of 8 redundant ADC-BTM-Bridges (TCP/IP Communication), the development of drivers for the new operating and monitoring system (PVSS) as well as the PUX (Process-Unit-External) link. |

After commissioning the redundant "ADC-Bridge-TM" in the year 2004 in a natural gas compressor station of e-on Ruhrgas AG, the process data information system "PD-MI-System" as well as the report management system "Prot-MI-System" were successfully commissioned. |
